Our history

Since its creation by the Accor Group to meet the demands of atypical hotel deals, Accueil Partenaires has grown steadily.

2003

Creating of Accueil Partenaires by Accor group to benefit large enterprises, public institutions, local authorities, hospitals, ... its hotel skills.

2004

Taking charge of accommodation for SNCF drivers, controllers and non-rolling salaries under the brand ORFEA.

2006

As part of an hospital emphyteusis or long-term lease, creation of the first parental residential hotel in the grounds of the University Hospital extension, University Hospital of Caen.

2007

Since the signing of a Public Private Partnership between the consortium led by Vinci and Barclays Equity and the Ministry of Sports, Accueil Partenaires has been charged of hotel management and control logistics for INSEP (National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance).

2009

Opening of the two first Montempô Aparthotel residences for accommodation of employees on mobility in combination with Action Logement and the Caisse Des Dépôts et Consignations.

2012

New partnership agreement with the same partners and the Ministry of Defence to provide an equivalent service to that of INSEP but CNSD Citésport (National Centre of Defence Sports).

2013

Transfer of Accueil Partenaires business to Jean-Jacques Daurat. Accor takes 19% stake and provide benefits in many areas.

2014

Opening of two new Montempô aparthotels Lyon (77 studios) and Strasbourg (124 studios).

2016

Opening of three new Montempô Apparthotels in Marseille (100 studios), Toulouse (130 studios) and Vélizy Villacoublay (134 studios).
